The percentage, by number of pitches
The share we take depends on the size of your site, by number of pitches:

There is a minimum of £1 a booking, so a very small booking still pays at least £1. There is no yearly cap on what you pay.
How the fee is paid
You choose who pays it. Either you pay it, so your guests’ prices do not change: our fee comes off each deposit directly through Stripe as the guest pays.
Or we take it as a booking fee added to the guest’s deposit, as many sites do. In practice campers don’t worry about a small fee on a booking deposit, and it costs your site nothing to have Nimbo Stay.
If you would rather not pay per booking, a pre-arranged monthly subscription is available instead. Ask us when you tell us about your site.
Card fees
Card payments go through your own Stripe account, so the usual card fees come from that account, as they would with any card payment. Our fee is separate from them.
What is included
Nimbo Stay has no setup cost, no charge for the AI and nothing else to pay. That covers:
- Online booking where guests choose their own pitch, and the office side: charts, diary, payments, invoices and reports. See online booking

- The built-in website builder, with six designs and your own web address if you want one
- Seasons, minimum stays and deposits, statics billing, the shop and staff tools, switched on only when you need them

Why it is priced this way
Most of the cost of a booking system lands on you before you have taken a single booking. Here you pay nothing to start, and what you pay follows the bookings you take. Setup is quick too: AI reads your current website and old bookings and fills most of it in, so you can be open the same day. See quick to start.
